My order is shown as successful. When will I recieve my product?
For Downloadable Products, you will recieve access instantly. For access based products, you will get access in a few minutes. In some rare cases, it may take upto 48 hours.
What should I do if I have entered the wrong UPI transaction ID?
No need to worry. Just contact us through any of the modes mentioned in the Contact Us page. We will manually verify your payment and confirm your order.
I have paid for the order via UPI, but it is still shown as "On Hold/Pending" What Should I Do?
Relax, no need to worry. UPI payments need to be verified manually as UPI does not support automatic payment verification. Our team members are constantly monitoring payments and your order will soon be updated to “Successful” state.
