Refund and Returns Policy

At SoftOne Digital Solutions, we strive to provide high-quality digital products and excellent customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of digital products from our website, but we understand that there may be instances where you may need to return or request a refund for your purchase.

Access-Based Products:

For access-based products, it may take upto 7 days to set-up access for your product. We will offer Return/Refund if you you are not provided access to the product even after 7 days set-up period has elapsed. In case, the ID provided stops working during the vaidity of the product, we can offer a replacement ID for the same.

Downloadable Products:

We can not offer returns or refunds on downloadable products once the purchase is made, since we cannot retrieve the product back once it has been downloaded.

Digital Services:

Owing to the nature of digital services, we cannot offer returns/refunds. However if you are not satisfied with the service, you may raise a concern with us on our Contact Us page
