Returns:

All our products & services are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned.​ Once access is provided, the digital nature of our products makes returns impossible. Therefore we do not entertain any returns.

Replacements:

If the purchased service or product stops working within the validity period, replacement is provided with the remaining validity. If replacement with partial validity is not possible, customer can pay the difference amount and receive a new product with full validity period instead of partial replacement. This ensures uninterrupted service access for the complete purchased duration.​

Refunds:

In cases when replacement is not technically possible or unavailable, Pro-rata refunds are provided in the form of Store Credits which can be used for future purchases from us.

Calculation for Replacement/Refunds:

Based on unused service period at time of permanent service termination.
Example: If a service costing ₹1,200 with 1-year validity stops after 5 months, ₹700 remains as unused value (7 months remaining). The customer can choose either:
Option 1 – Replacement: Pay ₹500 difference and receive a new account with full 12-month validity
Option 2 – Store Credit: Receive ₹700 store credit for future purchases (only when replacement unavailable)

Important:

Refunds/Replacements are not provided for account suspensions due to terms of service violations, change of mind after delivery, or issues arising from original service provider policy changes.
